We believe that every person regardless of ability should be treated with basic dignity, respect, and given equal access to opportunities and experiences of the joys of life. Through a collaborative care model where all resident, family members, and case managers participate in exploring needs, communicating wants and desires, and creating inclusive life goals that recognizes all people as individuals, we strive to create an environment catered to the specific individuals in our care.
Excellent Care was founded in 2003 by a registered nurse with over thirty (30) years of experience in the field of direct care services. Her aim was to establish a residential treatment facility (group home) that would serve the needs of all people with intellectual disabilities.
Today, Excellent Care provides a variety of services throughout South Florida focused on the goal of inclusive, person centered, and goal oriented quality healthcare services for all people with intellectual disabilities. These services include Residential Habilitation (Group Home), Nursing Services, Personal Support Services, and Life Skills Development (Companion) Services.
Through our innovative online portal named "Alis Connect" we provides and 24hr communication platform for family members, guardians, and case managers, to view all import changes and overall health information as well communicate directly with the administrative staff of Excellent Care.
